Palmera Community

The Palmera Community has five detached bespoke villas. The Palmera Community is situated in a privileged elevated location, in the centre of the Golf & Country Club, with unbeatable views across the golf course.

Enebro Community

The Enebro Community was completed in 2013 and has 3 different types of 3 or 4 bedroom villas designed by the architects Woods Bagot.

Tipuana Community

The Tipuana Community was completed in 2010 and consists of 24 two and three bedroom apartments with large terraces or gardens on the ground floor. It has views out towards the coast and of Mediterranean woodland, as well as common green areas and pool.

Thereafter, It was completed a new phase with 12 detached villas with private garden in 2015.

Jacaranda Community

The homes at the Jacaranda Community were delivered at the end of 2010. The community comprises a total of 14 villas, 10 semi-detached Abejaruco villas and 4 individual Malvasía villas.
